Booking Conditions:

• A valid credit card must be supplied at the time of booking as a guarantee
• Free cancellation or modification for all bookings providing any changes are made by 2pm the day prior to arrival. Cancellations or changes made after this will incur a penalty equivalent to the first nights accommodation charge per room booked
• Room payment will be taken at check-in or check-out depending on the individual hotel's policy – please advise the hotel team that you'd like to pay on your Farmlands Card.
