To send an email to Farmlands, please fill in this form and click 'Submit'. Thank you.
We take your Farmlands Card security very seriously and want to help you to ensure that the only transactions occurring on your Card are the ones you have authorised.
See the below helpful tips to help improve your Card security. We have also introduced tighter rules around credit limits and made it easier by enabling you to be able to set a PIN on your Card at your local Farmlands store.
Login or register for MyFarmlands, where you can report a lost or stolen Card immediately as well as place a temporary block on your Card. Alternatively, contact us immediately on 0800 200 600 during business hours or email ask@farmlands.co.nz.
1. Sign the back of your Card
The person named on the front of the Card, should sign it as soon as they receive it.
If the new Card is replacing a current Card that is expiring or damaged and a PIN was already set on the original Card, then you can use your previous PIN and you are ready to go!
2. Set a PIN on your Card
If you need to set a PIN, you can do this at your local Farmlands store. Click HERE to find your nearest Farmlands store. Please bring your new Card and proof of identity (New Zealand driver’s license, passport or firearms).
It’s not a problem if you can’t make it to a Farmlands store. You can find instructions on alternative locations where you can set a PIN by logging into MyFarmlands
3. Cut your old Farmlands Card in half
When you’re getting rid of an old Farmlands Card, cut through the magnetic strip completely before you put it in the rubbish.
Talk to us immediately if you spot something suspicious
Contact us immediately on 0800 200 600 or ask@farmlands.co.nz if you note suspicious activity on your Card or Account. We can also help reset the PIN on your Card if needed.
