Do I have to be a Farmlands shareholder to make an order?

No, you can make an order as a guest. This could be an opportunity to find out more about becoming a Farmlands shareholder here.

I can’t log into MyFarmlands. What do I do?

If you can’t log into MyFarmlands or having any other issues, please click here.

Do I still get shareholder pricing? 

Yes, if you are a Farmlands shareholder, this will be applied when your order is confirmed by your selected Farmlands store. If an item is already on promotion, you may not get any further discount than the advertised price.

How do I make a payment? 

Payment can be made by Farmlands Account or Mastercard or Visa Credit/Debit Card* (*subject to credit card surcharge). The payment will be processed after your order has been confirmed by your selected Farmlands store. 

Can I pay with cash or EFTPOS when I collect?

No, you must pay using a Farmlands Account or Mastercard or Visa Credit/Debit Card* (*subject to credit card surcharge). . Payment must be contactless. 

When will I be charged for my order?

Your order will be processed after your order has been confirmed by your selected Farmlands store. You will then be charged, and payment will be made.

Do you have an apparel and footwear sizing guide?

Do I still get Choices Rewards Points?

Yes, you will still earn Choices Rewards Points on all products (excluding Nutrition commodities including PKE, DDGS and soya hulls). 

Who should I contact if I am a shareholder and I can’t remember my log-in details?

You can submit this via the Farmlands website here or you can contact us on 0800 200 600.

What is your returns and refund policy?

What do I do if I want to cancel/amend my order?

If you want to amend or cancel your order, please discuss this with your selected Farmlands branch when they confirm your order or contact them here.

Can I purchase anything else when I get there, to add to my order?

As orders are prepared and paid in advance, we will be unable to add any items to your order. 

Is every item on my order guaranteed?

Our teams will review orders as they are received. In the event we are unable to fulfil an item on your order, we will contact you to discuss options. 

When can I collect my order?

We will contact you within 24 hours/one working day to confirm your order and arrange a pick up time. 

What do I need to bring when I pick up?

Your order number, either found on your Order Acknowledgement email or provided to you over the phone when your order was processed.

Can somebody else collect my order for me? 

If the person collecting the order is not the person who made the order, please contact your local Farmlands store in advance to advise who will be making the collection. Please be sure to bring a copy of your Order Acknowledge email.  

I am purchasing a compliance item. What do I do? 

If you have purchased an item from us which legally requires you to hold a particular license, be a Certified Handler, or complete a declaration in order to purchase – like certain chemicals and cleaners – you may need to bring proof of this in order to complete your purchase. Please discuss this with us when your order is confirmed if you have any questions about what you need to provide.

Are all of your products in-store available on the Farmlands Click and Collect online store?

No, this is a selection of our core range. If you would like to purchase another product not listed, please add it to your order in the notes section or contact your local branch.
