Nufarm Chateau – use with Lucerne

Now registered for Lucerne, Chateau® is a breakthrough for improved weed control and herbicide resistance management. 

• Chateau- a contact and soil residual herbicide for season-long weed control in established Lucerne. Chateau is registered for use on lucerne greater than 1-year-old
• Chateau outperforms atrazine weed control in established lucerne
• Can be tank mixed with SeQuenceor or Gramoxone
• Chateau is primarily a soil residual herbicide, therefore, the addition of a knockdown herbicide is critical for the control of existing weeds.
• Apply Chateau in late autumn or winter soon after grazing or cutting when lucerne foliage is not shading soil or emerged weeds.
• With correct application, expect to see seedling weed control for 95 days with seedling germination evident after 140 days
