Terms and Conditions of Entry 

 

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions of Entry. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Entry.

2. The Promotion is to complete a survey and be in the draw to win prizes, titled Farmlands ‘Over the Fence’& Farmlands Card ("Prize Draw").

3. The Promotion begins at 12.00am on 6th November 2023 and ends at 11.59pm on 20th November 2023 (“Promotion Period”).

4. The Promotion is offered by Farmlands Co-operative Society Limited of 535 Wairakei Road, Burnside, Christchurch 8053, (“Promoter”).

 

Method of Entry, Eligibility

 

5. The Promotion is open to New Zealand residents who completes and submits the survey response to the Farmlands ‘Over the Fence’ Survey during the Promotion Period via Farmlander and Price/Range survey link (“Eligible Entrants”).

6. Entries are restricted to one per person.

7. Neither Farmlands employees (as well as their immediate families living at the same address) nor associated agencies of Farmlands are eligible to enter into the Prize Draw.

 

Prize and Redemption

 

8. There is one (1) Prize to be won. The Prize is a Farmlands voucher, valued at $250 (the “Prize”).

9. The Prize-winners will be drawn randomly on Tuesday, 21st November 2023 (“Prize Draw”)

10. The prizes will be made available to the prize-winners within one month from the date the winners are notified.

12. Farmlands reserves the right to vary, suspend or terminate the Prize Draw at any time including, but not limited to, replacing the Prizes with alternative Prizes if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.

13. The Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

14. The Prize Draw's supervisor's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

15. The Prize-winner will be notified using the contact details provided to Farmlands when completing the survey. The Prizes will only be available at a local Farmlands branch. If a winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts by Farmlands to arrange Prize delivery, the Prize will be forfeited, and another Winner will be drawn.

16. Farmlands reserves the right not to award a Prize to a Prize-Winner whose account(s) is/are in default of payment or have been closed during or after the competition due to misconduct.
