Farmlands Weekly Truckstop Diesel Offer

Farmlands provide farmers and growers discount on Truckstop Diesel Prices every day. The Prices* apply for seven days for diesel purchased at selected Z and Caltex truck stops on your Farmlands Card. The price quoted in the weekly email and/or updates on the Farmlands website is the price that will be charged to the Farmlands Account.

General terms and conditions:

1. Any purchase of diesel at selected Z and Caltex truck stops on your Farmlands card (hereinafter referred to as “Offer”) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. The Offer is offered by Farmlands Co-operative Society Limited of 535 Wairakei Road, Burnside, Christchurch 8053, New Zealand (“Promoter”).

3. For the purpose of the Offer, “Farmlands Shareholder” means the primary account holder of a Farmlands Shareholder account.

4. The Offer is open to Farmlands shareholders only who are New Zealand residents, and who purchase diesel at the selected Z and Caltex truck stops using Farmlands Card. This Offer does not apply in conjunction with any other offer.

5. Employees of Farmlands (Farmlands shareholders) are eligible to participate in the Offer.

6. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of a participant’s eligibility if there is a doubt over his/her eligibility for the Offer and to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry to the Offer or that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

7. The Diesel Price Offer also referred as ‘Truckstop Offer’ is a discount off the weekly Z Energy National Price List of Diesel, subject to availability, and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash. The price is subject to change and may differ from the advertised price at the pump.

8. Truckstops are not suitable for all vehicle types, and therefore, the ‘Truckstop offer’ are not extended to all types of vehicles.

9. A full list of Z and Caltex Truckstop can be found here: https://locator.z.co.nz/. The list may be updated from time to time.

10. The Promoter may cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Offer or these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason and shall not be liable to any participant for any loss or damage incurred as a result.

11. The Promoter takes no responsibility for omission, interruption, defect, failures of any network, inability to access truck stops services, or any other error or malfunction in respect of the Offer and any failure to use the services at the truck stops.

12. Except for liability that may not by law be excluded, the Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions and/or this Offer for any cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by any participant, even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable, and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.

13. These Terms and Conditions are governed by New Zealand law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

14. Participants in the Offer agree not to make any commercial or business use of the Offer to resell or commercially benefit from any part or aspect of the Offer.

* Currently the Prices are different for Auckland and outside Auckland. From 1 July 2024 (the Auckland Regional Fuel Tax are being removed), there will be one national price that apply to Auckland and outside Auckland.
