Caleb joined Farmlands as Chief Supply Chain Officer in July 2023. He is responsible for manufacturing, forecasting, purchasing and moving product to our branches and direct to customers and shareholders across all sales channels. Caleb and his team are working hard to leverage our buying power and logistics scale to deliver to agreed service levels and effectively manage the cost, resulting in competitive pricing for our shareholders. 

 Caleb brings over 20 years of experience in retail and has a deep passion for supply chain. He has led the design and delivery of global supply chain capabilities with integrated team, system and infrastructure development. More recently he has led a specialist supply chain consulting business working with multiple businesses across both manufacturing and logistics infrastructure.

 Farmlands has embarked on a major transformation focused on our roots as a buying cooperative for our shareholders. This will bring considerable efficiency opportunities as we optimize the delivery of product from our suppliers, distribution centers and manufacturing plants to our shareholders. 

 Caleb is all about the outdoors, the ocean his regular playground. He was born on an orchard in Muriwai Auckland and his father still potters around with a little block of kiwifruit in the Bay of Plenty.
