Mike has been in the sector for 37 years and has hands on experience of his own.

He is an expert in pip fruit but also has a wealth of knowledge on stone fruit thanks to his previous experience at Johnny Apple Seed, where he worked for 12 years. He managed CC Orchards Ltd in Haumoana for three years before purchasing the property and establishing DuCap Ltd.

Mike has been with Farmlands since 2017 and is the go-to man in the Hawkes Bay region bringing a down to earth and extremely knowledgeable approach to every part of his job.

In his spare time, Mike enjoys relaxing and fishing in Taupo.
