Popular designs in the Clever Living range have been Multiproof  Certified by MBIE (Ministry of Business, Innovation, & Employment)

Multiproof is a national multi-use approval issued to a set of plans and specifications which comply with the NZ Building Code. Multiproof is beneficial for buildings which are built to the same design on different sites.

Multiproof certification is designed to save time and streamline the building consent process. According to the MBIE website the Building Consent Authorities must process building consent applications within 10 days (half the time of other building consents).
