Farmlands ‘Have Your Say’ Survey Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

(a) The Farmlands Customer Experience Survey prize draw ("Prize Draw") will occur on a monthly basis until such time as Farmlands, in its sole discretion, decides to vary the terms of, or cease offering, the Prize Draw ("Term").

(b) There is one prize to be won each month during the Term ("Prize"). The Prize each month will be valued at approximately $250 and may take the form of a product, a voucher for Farmlands, or a voucher for a Farmlands Card Partner, in each case to be decided by Farmlands in its sole discretion (in consultation with the Prize Winner).

(c) Entries are restricted to one per person per monthly Prize Draw. The entrant must be a resident of New Zealand and submit a response to the Farmlands Customer Experience survey between 12:00 am on the first day and 11;59 pm on the last day of the relevant month via www.farmlands.co.nz/feedback ("Eligible Entrants").

(d) In the first week of each month, a Prize winner will be drawn at random from all Eligible Entrants who completed the survey in the previous calendar month.

(e) The Prize will be made available to the Prize Winner within one month from the date the winner is notified.

(f) The Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

(g) The Prize Draw's supervisor's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

(h) The winners will be notified using the contact details provided to Farmlands when completing the survey. The Prize will only be delivered to a physical New Zealand address or a local Farmlands branch. If a winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts by Farmlands to arrange delivery, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be drawn.

(i) Neither Farmlands employees (as well as their immediate families living at the same address) nor associated agencies of Farmlands are eligible to enter into the Prize Draw.

(j) Farmlands reserves the right to vary, suspend or terminate the Prize Draw at any time including, but not limited to, replacing the Prize with an alternative prize if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.

(k) Farmlands reserves the right not to award a Prize to a prize winner whose account(s) is/are in default or have been closed during or after the competition due to misconduct.
