Definitions

Farmlands means Farmlands Co-operative Society Limited and any subsidiary that forms part of the Farmlands Group, under the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1908.

NIWA means National Institute of Water & Atmospheric Research Limited (NIWA), a Crown Research Institute established under the Crown Research Institutes Act 1992.

 
Terms of Use

All weather data on the Farmlands website is provided by NIWA.

Uncertainty is inherent in weather forecasts. By accessing this information you acknowledge that there is inherent uncertainty in meteorological data available on this site. Farmlands does not warrant this information and recommends that you exercise your own skill and care with respect to your use of the content.

While Farmlands and NIWA use all reasonable endeavours to ensure the accuracy of the information provided on the Farmlands website, the information is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, correctness, timeliness or fitness for any particular purpose. Accordingly, Farmlands and NIWA does not give any representation or warranty that:

•  the information contains no errors, is complete or up-to-date
• the information may be used for any particular purpose, or give any particular results or outcomes
• the flow or provision of the information from NIWA will not be interrupted for whatever reason, or available at particular times

• Farmlands and NIWA’s liability to the user for a breach of any condition or warranty is at our sole discretion.

Farmlands has the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these Terms of Use, and such change will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
