Terms and Conditions of Entry
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions of Entry. Entry into this promotion is deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Entry.
2. The Promotion is spend a minimum of $4,500 (Incl. GST) on any Nufarm products at Farmlands and receive a $100 voucher towards selected native trees (“Promotion”).
3. The Promotion begins at 12.00 am on 1st March 2023 and ends at 11.59 pm on 31st May 2023 (“Promotion Period”).
4. The Promotion is offered by Farmlands Co-operative Society Limited of 535 Wairakei Road, Burnside, Christchurch 8053, New Zealand (“Promoter”).
METHOD OF ENTRY, ELIGIBILITY
5. For the purpose of this Promotion, “Farmlands Shareholder” means the primary account holder of a Farmlands Shareholder account.
6. The Promotion is open to Farmlands Shareholders who are New Zealand residents and who:
Spend a minimum of $4,500 (Incl. GST) on any Nufarm products at Farmlands during the Promotion Period.
7. Farmlands Shareholders who meet the entry criteria (as determined by the Shareholder’s Farmlands account statement) ("Participants"), will receive an email confirming their qualifying purchase at the end of the Promotion Period. This email will include a $100 voucher (the Prize") for one of two nurseries. One nursery will service the North Island (Norfolk Road Nursery, 131 Norfolk Road, Carterton, Masterton 5951) and the other for the South Island (Southern Woods Nursery, 1002 Robinsons Road, Rolleston, Christchurch 7678). The voucher may be used towards the purchase of selected native trees as per the standard agreed price of the nurseries. At all times a Shareholder’s entry into the Promotion is subject to approval from the Farmlands Credit and Risk Team, who will assess any risk or likelihood of the Shareholder not making payment of his or her Farmlands account statement for the applicable month. The Farmlands Credit and Risk Team’s approval is at its sole discretion, and it has the right to forfeit a Shareholder’s entry into the Promotion and that Shareholder’s eligibility to receive the Prize.
8. Employees of Farmlands who are Farmlands Shareholders are eligible to participate in this Promotion so long as all other eligibility criteria is satisfied.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of an entrant’s eligibility if there is a doubt over his/her eligibility for the promotion and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
OFFER AND REDEMPTION
10. The offer includes a voucher worth $100 (Incl. GST) for one of the two nurseries.
11. The participants must at their own expense collect or arrange for delivery of their chosen native tress from the nurseries. Farmlands takes no responsibility to order and/or deliver the native trees to the participants.
12. The Native tree voucher cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash.
13. Up to 280 Vouchers are available for the promotion period. The Vouchers are subject to availability, while stocks last and is limited to 1x for every shareholder account.
14. The expiry date of the voucher is 31 December 2024.
15. If the offer is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter in its sole discretion reserves the right to substitute the Prize or part thereof with a prize of equal value and/or specification.
MISCELLANEOUS
16. The Promoter’s decisions on all matters will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. The Promoter may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason before the end of the Promotion Period and shall not be liable to any participant or Prize winner for any loss or damage incurred as a result.
18. The Promoter takes no responsibility for omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access telecommunications network services, or any other error or malfunction in respect of the Promotion and any resulting failure to record any eligible entries.
19. Except for liability that may not by law be excluded, The Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions and/or this Promotion for any cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by any participant, even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable, and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
20. These Terms and Conditions are governed by New Zealand law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
21. Participants agree not to make any commercial or business use of the Promotion to resell or commercially benefit from any part or aspect of the Promotion.
